With our White Wines fruit being grown in The Suisun Valley in Solano County. It is one of the wine country’s best-kept secrets. With winemaking traditions that are leading back to the late 1800s, there was no doubt where Vino Godfather was getting our Chardonnay’s from. With Suisun Valley growers having the hottest varietals and being among the top preferred suppliers to some of the Worlds Best Wines. This is just one of many reasons Vino Godfather Winery has produced such great and phenomenal wines.
Suisun Valley lies within the ultra-premium growing area known as the California North Coast … which includes Napa, Sonoma, and Mendocino counties. Suisun Valley is one of the oldest, continually producing wine grape zones in the West. It is increasingly recognized as a significant player in California’s luxury and ultra-premium wine grape market segments. A wine is only as good as it’s winemaker and the supplies and knowledge they put in it.

Our Wine Selection
Our 2014 Prohibition Red and Prohibition White follow the family tradition with bold reds and crisp whites. Together, they form a perfect combination for any occasion. Our whites are buttery, rich, smooth, and fruit forward with a nice finish. Our red are big and bold that grab your palette. Our 2014 vintage Prohibition Red is blended with hand selected estate grown Tempranillo and estate grown Petite Sirah grapes from Northern Coast appellations. Our Prohibition White and Our Speakeasy Chardonnays are hand selected and estate grown in Suisun Vally. We are proud to claim The Gateway to Wine Country and we produce a wine just as well as if we were right in the Napa Valley.
