While the property was in escrow, Brian sold approximately half the property to Novato Community Hospital (Sutter Health), which is the signature health facility in the City of Novato.
Brian then led the leasing efforts for the two adjacent class-A office buildings from 0 to over 90% at what were then the highest leasing rates in the City of Novato.
Brian's leasing team achieved what are still the highest leasing rates in Novato, taking the project from 0 to 100% leased. The project is anchored by such luminary tenants as Take 2, Activision, and the Marin Community Foundation.
